BTCPay Server Plugin Builder

1. Improved plugin usability by implementiing min/max version compatibility info in the plugin directory, so users can quickly tell whether a plugin works with their setup before installing. (PR) 

2. Fixed a UI bug where contributor names were overlapping and text was breaking on plugin pages, making the layout cleaner and easier to read. (PR) 

3. Refactored the Builds/Owners tabs to match BTCPay Server’s existing report tab style, bringing visual consistency across the platform. (PR)
