Busayo Dada is a Backend Developer and Bitcoin Developer based in Nigeria with over 3 years of experience building robust, scalable APIs and web platforms. She holds a Diploma in Software Engineering from AltSchool Africa and has completed Bitcoin Development training through Dada Devs.
At Stealth Money, she works on backend infrastructure that powers sovereign Bitcoin savings, developing high-performance APIs that enable users to purchase Bitcoin directly into self-custody and order hardware wallets with reliability and security in mind.
She is also an active open-source contributor at NodeGaze, an observability platform for Lightning Network node operators. Her work includes building real-time monitoring dashboards, enabling multi-node management across implementations, and implementing webhook-based notifications for critical alerts and channel liquidity events, supporting node operators with better visibility and control.
In addition to her technical work, Busayo serves as a Peer Lead with Dada Devs under the Mastering Bitcoin Pathway, where she mentors and supports developers learning Bitcoin concepts. She leads technical discussions, assists with debugging and code reviews, and breaks down complex ideas into clear, practical explanations, fostering collaboration and growth within the developer community.
Her technical expertise includes backend development with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Rust, utilizing frameworks like Spring Boot, NestJS, Node.js, and Express, along with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and deployment tools including Docker and Redis caching.
